My Philosophy

I want to share with others what I learned through the experiences on my own personal practice, a journey of self enquiry and self re-discovery and evolution through in-depth study and practice of yoga. 


Yoga is for everyone and it can be as simple as an approach to life, including  relationship with self and others can lead to a profound self-healing, finding happiness in everyday small joys and gratitude.


 Through release of judgment and practice of self compassion, forgiveness and unconditional love in both physical and emotional aspects of live, I believe in recognizing who we are, just as we are, understanding that we each have our own, totally unique journey.


Honoring ourselves as well as our surroundings, feelings and circumstances we can find opportunities to continually learn lessons and stay present in each given moment, empowering the acceptance of growth, nurturing change whilst staying grounded.
