Each class is suitable for complete beginners and focused on gentle movement, bringing some warmth and strength to the body and keeping the mind calm and motivated. These classes are a small group of mixed ability so prior knowledge or experience is not required. I will gently guide you to improve your posture, mobility, balance, flexibility, strength and injury prevention.

Each class is £10 per person per session. Prior booking is advisable as spaces are limited, payment by PayPal or bank transfer or cash on arrival please.
Initial class is £10 per person per session and if you enjoy it and can commit to following sessions there is an option of block booking with a 20% discount.
Please bring your own yoga mat, bottle of water and cozy blanket for the slow down relaxation at the end of the class. Please wear comfortable clothes that allow you full range of movement and layers you can put on or shed so you don't get uncomfortable - too chilled or too warm. Please arrive 5 minutes before class to settle down so that we can start on time.

My yoga classes are designed to help you increase your flexibility, improve your posture, and prevent injury. You'll move through a series of poses that stretch and strengthen different muscle groups, leaving you feeling more limber and agile. This will help you build muscular strength, increase your endurance, and improve your overall fitness. As you advance you can choose to move through a series of poses that challenge your body and mind, leaving you feeling strong and empowered. These classes are suitable to help older adults or those suffering with existing limitations or injuries to maintain their mobility, balance, and mental clarity. I will guide you through necessary adjustments where poses are modified for your needs and abilities, leaving you feeling more energized and confident.
If this is your first time booking, please check your email to fill in health/requirements questionnaire so that your needs can be accommodated.
This class is not suitable during pregnancy.
All attendees must be 18 year or over.
Please note that there is no parking available on site.

I want each student to really engage with the process to get the most out of it as we work together to address any blockage or weakness areas and identify best route of improvement.
The key thing is that you always feel safe and supported and if and when you feel ready for it also gently challenged. You will always be encouraged to grow and develop.
My absolute favorite are total beginners or these who 'used to but are not as flexible anymore' because with the right approach and guidance yes you can.

For in person classes in Kidderminster I have created a welcoming space where you can feel at peace, relaxed and begin your own transformation that comes with a dedicated yoga practice and for online classes I will encourage you to do the same.
On Poros island we can find a beach or quiet space in the nature or I can attend your venue for a 1:1 or group class.
We will regularly review and can adjust the practice each time to suit because what works one day may not engage you another, where you were at the last class may feel like miles away today and you may need to slow down or you may feel much more energised and empowered to do more.
So whilst I am in the position of a teacher and am committed to providing high-quality direction/instruction, fostering and promoting holistic wellness - you are always the leader.
The only thing I ask is that you tune in and listen to your body, allow the mind to rest and just feel where that takes you.

The first and most important step to take is your decision to start.
Sometimes we know where we are and we know where we want to get to but we either have no idea how to or even hold ourselves back from embarking on the journey to get there.
