Each class is suitable for all from complete beginners to those wishing to advance their practice. Classes are focused on gentle movement, building strength of the physical body whilst keeping the mind mind calm and motivated. My classes can accommodate 1:1 or 2:1 of mixed ability sudents so prior knowledge or experience is not required. I will gently guide you to improve your posture, mobility, balance, flexibility, strength and injury prevention.
Classes are held either at my location at Askeli or I can come to you.

I can provide mat and blocks. All you need is to wear comfortable clothes that allow you full range of movement.

My yoga classes are designed to help you increase your flexibility, improve your posture, and prevent injury. You'll move through a series of poses that stretch and strengthen different muscle groups, leaving you feeling more limber and agile. This will help you not only to build muscular strength, but also to increase your endurance, alignment and overall fitness. As you advance with continuing practice you can choose to move through a series of poses that challenge your body and mind, leaving you feeling stronger and empowered. My classes are also suitable for older adults or those currently experiencing any limitations or injuries to maintain their mobility, balance, and mental clarity. I will guide you through necessary adjustments where poses are modified for your needs and abilities, leaving you feeling more energized and confident.
If this is your first time booking, please check your email to fill in health/requirements questionnaire so that your needs can be accommodated.
I am not trained in teaching pregnancy yoga.
All attendees must be 18 year or over.
No show is non-refundable. For future bookings cancellation with less than 24 hours of class is non-refundable.

I want each student to really engage with the process to get the most out of it as we work together to address any blockage or weakness areas and identify best route of improvement.
The key thing is that you always feel safe and supported and if and when you feel ready for it also gently challenged. You will always be encouraged to grow and develop.
My absolute favorite are total beginners or these who 'used to but are not as flexible anymore' because with the right approach and guidance yes you can.

All follow up classes are minimum 60-90 minutes depending on individual needs.

We can practice on a nearby beach, at my accommodation in Askeli or I can attend your venue for a 1:1 or 2:1 class.
We will regularly review and can adjust the practice each time to suit your needs, because what works one day may not engage you on another, where you were at the last class may feel like miles away today and you may need to slow down or speed up as you may feel much more energised and empowered to do more.
So whilst I am in the position of a teacher and am committed to providing high-quality direction/instruction, fostering and promoting holistic wellness - you are always the leader.
The only thing I ask is that you tune in and listen to your body, allow the mind to rest and let your journey unfold, wherever that takes you.

The first and most important step to take is your decision to start.
Sometimes we know where we are and we know where we want to get to but we either have no idea how to or even hold ourselves back from embarking on the journey to get there.
Ayurveda assessment of dosha - your natural constitution - and its current imbalances helps not just with designing your personal practice/exercise and movement but with other ways you can engage own self-cate and together with yoga practice these work together and help you realign back to the centered, balanced you.
